This clarification text has been prepared by EGE KESKIN GLASS INDUSTRY AND TRADE LIMITED COMPANY ("Company") as the data controller within the scope of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.
By using the live communication area on the website www.egekeskincam.com, the Company collects and processes certain personal data shared by visitors.
The Company shows utmost sensitivity to ensure compliance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) in the processing and storage of your personal data. For this reason, your personal data is processed as explained below and within the framework set by the legislation.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data:
The personal data obtained through the live communication form are processed by our Company solely for the purposes of conducting communication activities, following up requests/complaints, and managing service sales processes.
Recipients and Purpose of Transfer of Processed Personal Data:
Your personal data may be shared, in accordance with the data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, and the basic principles set out therein, with legal consultancy offices, auditing companies, business partners, service providers, existing or future affiliated companies of Ege Keskin Glass, and domestic/international institutions jointly responsible for security measures, within legal obligations and limitations.
Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data:
Your personal data is collected by our Company through the visitor"s declaration on the website for the above-mentioned purposes and based on the legal ground of "processing of personal data being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject" as set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.
Rights of the Data Subject under Article 11 of the KVKK:
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you can contact our Company and make requests regarding the following matters:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- If processed, to request information regarding this processing,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with its purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- If the data is incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request correction and to request that this correction be notified to third parties,
- To request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, and to request that such deletion or destruction be notified to third parties,
- To object to any result against the data subject arising from automatic analysis of personal data,
- To request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
How to Submit Requests:
In accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you may submit your requests under Article 11 of the KVKK by completing and signing the application form available on our website, and delivering it in person by verifying your identity, or by notary to ESKIHISAR MAH. 8025. SK. NO: 9/1 MERKEZEFENDI / DENIZLI, or via your registered electronic mail (KEP) address or the e-mail address associated with your verified membership. Depending on the nature of your request, it will be concluded free of charge within the shortest time and no later than 30 (thirty) days. However, if the process requires additional cost, the fees determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be requested. If the response exceeds 10 (ten) pages, 1.00 TL may be charged per page. If the response is provided on a medium such as CD or flash drive, the cost of the medium may be charged.
