Clarification Text Regarding Security Cameras Located Inside the Service Building of Ege Keskin Cam Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi
This clarification text has been prepared by Ege Keskin Cam Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. in its capacity as the data controller, within the scope of Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.
Visual recordings are made through a total of 48 security cameras located at the entrance doors, outer facade of the building, and warehouse areas within our service building, for the purpose of ensuring building security.
The personal data in question is processed automatically based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the Law: “it is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation” and “provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller.”
Such personal data may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies upon request, or in the event of legal disputes, in accordance with the relevant legislation.
You may submit your requests regarding your rights listed in Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data by completing and signing the application form available on the Company"s website and delivering it in person by verifying your identity or via notary public to our Company’s address: ESKİHİSAR MAH. 8025. SK. NO: 9/1 MERKEZEFENDİ / DENİZLİ. Alternatively, you may send it via your registered electronic mail (KEP) address or via the email address verified through your membership.
Your application will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the procedure requires an additional cost, you may be charged a fee in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. If the response to your application exceeds ten (10) pages, a processing fee of 1.00 TRY per page will be charged. If the response is requested on a medium such as CD or flash memory, a fee may be requested based on the cost of the medium.
